Prior to
entering

practice, he
was a
Deputy
District
Attorney.
David was
a
trial
attorney for
the District
Attorney's
office where
he learned
the
prosecutors'
strategies
to winning

information
he uses
today for
the benefits
of his

David
prosecuted
thousands of
felony and
misdemeanor
cases,
juvenile
cases, DUI’s, child
abuse cases,
sex
offenses,
domestic
violence,
white collar
crime, and
other
offenses. David
was a top
performer in
litigation, investigations,

management,

preparation,
jury
selection,
trial
practice,
appeals, and
every other
facet of
criminal
law. In
addition,
David was
the lead
prosecutor
for the
South Metro
Drug Task
Force. In
that
capacity, he
supervised
fourteen
detectives
on
assignment
from
numerous law
enforcement
agencies.
David has
been in
private
practice now
for over ten
years with

clients. He
is still
focused on

and spends
at least
part of
every day in
